Equipment: mat, chair, a ball or alternatively cushion

In this video, you will perform:
- wide V reaching toes
- table top with knee dips, knees turning side ways
- sumo squats, sumo squats heel lifts, sumo squats arms reach up, sumo squats criss cross arms
- leg lifts with leg turn out
- squats, squats with arms reaching up, squat hold with heels up and down,
- bridge with hips up and down, with heels up and down
- side reach
- tailbone crunch
- bear plank with knee taps
- knee lifts
- cool down
