A 40 min intense full body workout, with a nice sequence dedicated to the back muscles, and an overall focus on core and upper body

Equipment: mat; dumbbells

In this video, you will perform:
- warm up: mountain climber, plank
- back: lying prone leg lifts, pulling down arms, leg and arms lifts
- glutes, core and upper body: bridge, with hips up and down, one legged bridge with chest fly, squats, squats with jabs, hooks, uppercuts
- core and upper body: leg lifts with chest press, straight legs bridge, elbows to hands plank
- obliques: side plank and thread the needle, side lying leg and chest lifts, Russian twist
- core: crunches, chest lifted with table top hold, chest lifted with legs and arms extended
- upper body: lateral raises, front raises, biceps curls, overhead press,
