Ride is a fast paced 30-minute high intensity workout, combining bursts of intensity and heavy hill rides. A high intensity, low impact workout, where our trainers will push you to your physical and mental limits and leave you feeling fulfilled. Sweat and calorie burning are guaranteed. An indoor bike is required for this class.
